The Elements of Movements

"The Elements of Movement" is a short film that beautifully captures dance in partnership with Zhiyun-Tech using the Zhiyun Smooth 5S Gimbal, Moment 1.33x Gold Flare Anamorphic lens, all shot on iPhone. This film eloquently portrays the power of dance as a medium for storytelling, showcasing passion, strength, and agility.

The Elements of Movement has won the Runner-Up spot at the SF3 Smartfone FlickFest for Best International Short in the SF3 Mini category. The film won the Best International Film Award at the Toronto Smartphone Film Festival 2024. Currently ongoing, the film has also received an official selection at the Mobile Filmmaker International Film Festival 2024 in Tel Aviv.

Creating this project was a dream I longed to pursue, and finding the right team was crucial. Fortunately, Elements of Movements Dance Studio enthusiastically joined forces.

Special thanks to Orpha, Stephanie, and Jenna-Leigh for their outstanding dedication to their craft.
